IT Support & Help Desk

I am Kai Morgan, an IT student actively pursuing an entry-level role in IT support, help desk, or desktop support. My focus is on methodical troubleshooting, clear user communication, thorough documentation, and understanding how systems integrate in a production environment.

I am completing an Associate of Applied Science in IT Computer Support Specialist at Milwaukee Area Technical College (GPA: 3.2 / 4.0), with a planned concentration in IT Information Systems Security. Core technical areas include Windows 10/11 administration, virtualization (VirtualBox), foundational networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hands-on Linux experience (Ubuntu, Kali) through lab environments. I supplement this with independent study in security analysis, reverse engineering, and CTF participation— treated as a growth discipline separate from my primary support focus.

I am available for internships, part-time IT support positions, and entry-level help desk roles where I can contribute reliably, learn your environment, and build toward a long-term career in IT. Professional inquiries are welcome via the contact page.
